This red powder coated huge cowbell is for Motley Crue”s  drummer Tommy Lee. It was run on one of our larger presses, the TPX 500 with a custom made pad. It was printed 1 up and we used an industrial grade 2 component ink to withstand the beating it will receive.

This powder-coated part was printed in three different positions using a Printek 2 color pad printer.The ink used was a 2 part white super opaque epoxy dried in our ovens at 250 degrees. The top portion of the printing  was accomplished by constructing a dual pad asmy to  bypass the standoffs and printed in one pass. The other two sides were fixtured and printed at a machine speed of 250 pcs per hour. Once cured they were individually polybagged and out to client. A part well printed!

This piece is a two color screen print. The substrate is ABS and we are using a one component ink that has a high UV rating. The part needs to survive in an outdoor climate its whole life. We made sure we accomplished that. This project ran simultaneously on two assembly lines to reduce cost and handling and the finished result is awesome.

These on/off buttons are for the medical industry. They belong to a large imaging machine. Registration was critical so our in house tool room built a very accurate fixture to nest them. Buttons were printed five up using a  tough two part white epoxy ink.. They were run on our one color Auto Roll pad printer and cured in a tunnel oven at about 200 degrees.  Next parts were weigh counted , bagged and drop shipped to their assembly plant.

A portable speaker with “soft touch” finish. We needed an ink to have both durability and the ability to be flexible. After some R&D we came up with a 2-component ink that had additional plasticizer in it. We ran this project on our TPX 500. No heat could be applied so it air dried to a beautiful finish.
